What's Included In Your Fee
Full Conference registration fee includes educational sessions, keynote speakers, the Wednesday Evening President's Opening Reception (cash bar) and one ticket to the Saturday Dessert Dance (cash bar), and scheduled morning and afternoon refreshment breaks. Economy registration fee includes everything in the Full Conference Registration, EXCEPT the Wednesday President's Opening Reception and the Saturday Dessert Reception. NOTE: These registration packages do NOT include additional fees related to workshops, master classes, advanced practice courses and off site events unless noted above.
Daily Registration fees do NOT include tickets to the Wednesday President's Opening Reception (cash bar), the Saturday Dessert Dance (cash bar) or fees for workshops, master classes, advanced practice courses and special events. Refreshment breaks offered on the day you register are included.
Workshop Registrations
Each registrant is allowed to register for a maximum of two workshops per day.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refunds will only be issued for core conference registration, single day registration, and advanced practice course registration fees and a $100 administrative cancellation fee will be charged. Refunds will NOT be made for workshops or special event tickes. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted by MAIL OR FAX ONLY to: American Art Therapy Assoc. Conference, c/o The Grassley Group, 409 Washington Street, Ste A, Cedar Falls, IA 50613, Fax: 703-991-0810. Emailed cancellations will NOT be accepted. The postmark deadline for submitting cancellation/refund requests by mail is September 14, 2010. If submitting by fax, the fax must be received by 11:59 p.m. eastern time on September 17. Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
Substitutions/Transfers
Registrations may be transferred to another conference participant for a fee of $35. Substitution requests must be received in writing BY FAX ONLY to Fax: 703-991-0810. The request must be submitted by the original registrant and include the name and contact information (including email address) of the substitute. The deadline for submitting substitutions is October 11, 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. The substitute must qualify for the same rates as the original registration (for example a professional cannot be a substitute for a student).
Privacy Policy
When you register for the conference, Am. Art Therapy Assoc. collects information, including your name, address, email and phone number. Am. Art Therapy Assoc. uses your contact information to register you for the conference, keep you informed about your registration and the conference, and to mail out your conference credentials and other materials. Am. Art Therapy Assoc. may provide your contact information to conference exhibitors and sponsors and others within the guidelines of Am. Art Therapy Assoc. policy. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information with others. If you paid for your registration with a credit card, Am. Art Therapy Assoc. collects the credit card information solely in order to verify and authorize the charge. Your credit card information is then deleted. Am. Art Therapy Assoc. does not store or use your credit card information for any purpose other than to verify/authorize the charge. Am. Art Therapy Assoc. will share or otherwise provide your information if required by law to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process; to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; if we believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the AATA terms of use or as otherwise required by law. We will transfer information about you if Am. Art Therapy Assoc. conference management is transferred to another company. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Am. Art Therapy Assoc. conference, such as announcements, administrative messages, registration materials and the Am. Art Therapy Assoc. Newsletter, that are considered part of your Am. Art Therapy Assoc. account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. Am. Art Therapy Assoc. is constantly reviewing and revising privacy policy and will notify you of significant changes in the way we treat personal information by either sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Am. Art Therapy Assoc. registration or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
